Day 30–Lynchburg Hillcats
May 7th, 2007 by Tim Riley
A month into the Tour, and we celebrate it by having our game in Lynchburg rained out. The game last year in Lynchburg was also rained out, so it seems as if Mother Nature is not our friend in Lynchburg, VA.
On a plus note, we got to stay in Broadway, VA with Cari and Tim and their dog, Copper. Broadway, VA is exactly like Broadway in NYC, except without any people, tall buildings, or signs of life. It’s more of an “up and coming” kind of place. Thanks guys for being such gracious hosts!
Ahahahahahahaha, like i told Chris…I made sure Cari changed those sheets before I slept in them Friday night! Hope you guys are enjoying yourself!
Why is it that Chris is always the one in the pics? Where’s Tim? Not that Chris doesn’t add that special element of class to each snapshot….
Chris has yet to figure out how to use my super fun high tech camera. He is also extremely narcissistic — originally he didn’t even want the raffle winners in the pictures with him. The audacity!
tim, if you think broadway in nyc is great, wait till you see Times Square! maybe when you come back
what is this times square you speak of? Is there a giant square clock?
